Frequently Asked Questions
How soon can I be seen?
We schedule appointments based on severity.
Felling sick? Flu? Broken arm? Something (else) urgent? We'll get you in as soon as we can in an urgent appointment slot.
Physical? Or something else that's not urgent? We'll schedule you an appointment at the soonest available time that suits your schedule. We probably won't be able to see you same day, but can schedule you in a few days.
Do you offer urgent-care?
We are not an "Urgent Care Clinic" because we don't offer late-night or weekend services, but we will see you urgently. Please contact our
office if you feel you need to be seen urgently, one of our Patient Care team members will triage you. If you think you may have a Medical
Emergency, do not delay in calling 9-1-1 or seeking emergency medical care at an emergency facility.
Do I need a referral to become a patient?
We are a primary care practice. In many circumstances, you will need to contact your Insurance Company and change your Primary Care
Provider (PCP) in order for us to be reimbursed for our services. This change is typically in-lieu of a referral for patients with an HMO. Please
contact your insurance company for more information.
Who do I call with my billing questions?
Please contact our Patient Account Services team at (___) ___-____. Our Insurance Information and Office Policies pages may be of assistance.
